MissPoppins is a SaaS platform that helps parenting experts and childcare providers scale their businesses by connecting them directly with families. Through real-time coaching and AI-driven personalized guidance, the platform supports parents across every stage of their parenting journey.
This is a contract role: Contract role for 60-90 days (probation) to assessment for full time hire based on performance.
Role Description The Podcast Expert will be responsible for planning, producing, and optimizing podcasts that share parenting insights, highlight expert voices, and support MissPoppins’ brand and community. Day-to-day tasks may include developing episode concepts and editorial calendars, scripting or outlining episodes, coordinating guest interviews, and managing remote recordings. The role also involves overseeing audio editing, sound quality, and post-production, as well as preparing show notes, titles, and descriptions aligned with SEO and audience growth goals.
The Podcast Expert will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with platform initiatives, repurpose episodes into other formats (e.g., blog posts, social clips), and track performance metrics to refine the podcast strategy. This is a remote, contract role that offers flexible collaboration within a distributed team.
Qualifications
- Podcast production skills, including experience with recording workflows, audio editing tools, and sound design for conversational and interview formats.
- Content development skills, such as episode planning, scripting or outlining, storytelling, and preparing clear show notes and descriptions.
- Audience growth and marketing skills, including podcast SEO, platform optimization (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify), and collaboration with social media or email marketing campaigns.
- Project and stakeholder management skills, including coordinating guests, managing timelines, organizing assets, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience hosting or producing podcasts, webinars, or audio series; familiarity with parenting, education, or family-focused topics is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate expert knowledge into engaging, accessible content.
- Comfort working remotely on a contract basis, with reliable internet access and the ability to maintain consistent availability for recordings and team meetings.
- Experience with analytics tools to interpret listener data and make recommendations to improve content, format, and audience engagement.
Stipend: INR 30K per month during the contract period
