About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and business-driven professionals to join our Pre-Sales & Business Development team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, acquiring clients, understanding project requirements, and driving revenue growth for IT services and staffing solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to build long-term client relationships and generate projects from companies across different domains.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT Services and Technology Solutions.
• Connect with decision-makers.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to align client requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, capability decks, and client pitches.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business engagement.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and business discussions.
• Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and business performance metrics.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle client interactions and negotiations professionally.
• Understanding of IT Services or Technology business models.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• MBA graduates from IIMs or reputed Tier-1 institutions preferred.
• Prior experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Strategy is an advantage.
• Candidates with exposure to Technology Sales are preferred.
• Strong leadership potential and entrepreneurial mindset.
