Based in Manchester, NH, you will be part of a tight-knit manufacturing team focused on building high-quality mechanical components and systems. Your day blends careful hands-on work with teamwork, problem-solving, and continual improvement.
A day in the life- Start your shift by reviewing specifications and blueprints for the day's builds.
- Assemble mechanical components and full systems precisely to spec, using a range of hand and power tools.
- Perform in-process quality checks so every product meets company standards.
- Document what you build, note any variances, and promptly report issues to your supervisor.
- Keep your bench and shared areas clean and organized to promote safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with teammates to streamline assembly steps and boost efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen techniques and learn new processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus).
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Comfort and proficiency with common hand tools and power tools.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
