A day in the life

• Start your shift by reviewing specifications and blueprints for the day's builds.
• Assemble mechanical components and full systems precisely to spec, using a range of hand and power tools.
• Perform in-process quality checks so every product meets company standards.
• Document what you build, note any variances, and promptly report issues to your supervisor.
• Keep your bench and shared areas clean and organized to promote safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline assembly steps and boost efficiency.

What you bring
