Job Description
ReN3 (The Reentry Foundation Pte Ltd) builds enterprise-grade agentic AI automation platform. Our platform enables organisations to deploy AI agents that reason, retrieve, and act across structured data sources, documents, and APIs — governed, auditable, and enterprise-ready.
We work with banks, government agencies, and large enterprises across Southeast Asia, deploying on sovereign infrastructure where data residency matters. The stack is real: MCP-native, multi-model, with deep integrations into Snowflake, relational databases, document stores, and enterprise identity systems.
As Presales Consultant, you sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial. You're the person who walks into a room with a CTO and a CDO and earns their trust — not by selling, but by solving. You'll own technical discovery, solution design, and live demonstrations of ReN3's platform tailored to each client's environment.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving team. You'll work directly with founders and engineers, shaping both deals and the product roadmap.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects — uncovering workflows, pain points, and data infrastructure to design targeted AI automation use cases
- Build and deliver compelling platform demonstrations — including live, customised demos of ReN3's agentic AI capabilities against client-relevant scenarios
- Author solution proposals, RFP responses, and POC scoping documents that translate technical capability into measurable business outcomes
- Drive POC engagements end-to-end: define success criteria, coordinate with engineering, manage client stakeholders, and present results
- Collaborate with the product team to feed market intelligence, capability gaps, and client feedback into the roadmap
- Support partnership and channel development by providing technical enablement to SI and distribution partners
- Represent ReN3 at industry events, government tech forums, and innovation showcases across Southeast Asia
- Maintain a clean, well-documented pre-sales knowledge base — playbooks, FAQs, objection handling, and demo environments
What You Bring
- 3–6 years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales — ideally in enterprise software, cloud, or data/AI platforms
- Fluency in enterprise AI concepts: LLMs, RAG architectures, agents, MCP, tool use, and structured data integration
- Proven ability to lead technical conversations with senior stakeholders (C-suite, architects, data leads) and translate requirements into solutions
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills — you can hold a room and make complex things feel obvious
- Experience with API-based platforms, data pipelines, or enterprise integration (REST, SQL, identity/SSO) is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with regulated industries — banking, government, healthcare — and the procurement dynamics they bring
- Self-directed and organised: you can run multiple POCs in parallel without dropping the ball
- Based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Bonus Points
- You've worked on AI/ML or agentic AI products — not just sold them
- You've navigated government procurement (GeBIZ, ICT tenders, IMDA programmes) in Singapore
- You're comfortable in a terminal, can read API docs, and don't need engineering to hand-hold every demo
- You've run or contributed to a hackathon, innovation challenge, or partner ecosystem programme
- You speak a second regional language (Bahasa Indonesia / Malay / Mandarin)
