Healthy Staffing. Full time teachers get full time hours. We do not cut hours. Your teachers can count on a full 40 hour paycheck. With healthy staffing you can focus on leading the school and not just on being a backup teacher or backup chef.

Planning Time. We have the proprietary Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum which is created in Atlanta by experts in education. The curriculum is not created by teachers on nights and weekends.

Responsibilities of our School Director:

Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the school to ensure smooth student progress

Supervise staff from different classrooms and provide constructive feedback

Provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior

Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors

Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements

Undertake staffing responsibilities (training, evaluating, scheduling etc.)

Manage the budget by monitoring revenue and expenses

Requirements for the School Director:

A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field

Two years' work experience in a licensed child care facility, or early childhood program ONLY

Possesses deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community

Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school and embody the servant leadership philosophy

Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
