About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Prime Business Analyst to join our Prime Team in Barcelona (hybrid) to help define the broader talent strategy across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with business insights generated from data analysis.
- Take ownership of the database from the business side, understanding business needs and presenting key insights.
- Elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions, such as expanding program benefits or evaluating the profitability of free trials.
- Create dashboards and tracking, mastering internal Business Intelligence tools to monitor business KPIs.
- Participate in the delivery of key internal projects, providing analytical support to ensure progress and outcome delivery.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams during project execution, offering analytical and business insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
- Experience in a role with a strong analytical component is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and large data sets.
- Experience with Google DataStudio is required.
- Advanced Office skills and experience with analytical tools, ideally the Google toolset (Spreadsheets, Docs, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, fast learning, high attention to detail, and focus on results and productivity.
- A self‑starter and team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- Business proficiency in English.
