Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Develop and design innovative technical solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging partner technologies and platforms to ensure optimal integration and functionality.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance to partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and standards.
• Microsoft Technology Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft technologies, providing guidance on best practices for architecture, deployment, and integration within partner solutions.
• Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with partner technical teams to understand their products and capabilities, serving as a bridge between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of joint solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure that the delivered solutions align with business objectives and technical specifications.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Develop and demonstrate PoCs for new solutions, showcasing the value of partner technologies and validating architectural decisions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, solution implementations, and integration processes to ensure knowledge sharing and reference for future projects.
• Training and Enablement: Provide training sessions and workshops for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of solution architectures and the technologies involved.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings and architectural approaches.

Requirements

• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong technical background in software architecture, cloud solutions, and integration technologies, specifically with a focus on Microsoft products and platforms (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365).
• Experience in solution design and architecture, preferably in a partner ecosystem, with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.
• Proven experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including development, operations, and sales, to drive successful project outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in developing and executing technical strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
