Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Principal in Training/associate in training to join a team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can balance client-focused support with strong operational coordination in a fast-paced environment. The role calls for someone who is comfortable working with service metrics, managing day-to-day portfolio support activities, and contributing to a high standard of customer experience.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.19. The company may offer a raise in base salary and/or bonus after successful completion of required certifications.
Responsibilities:• Support portfolio-related administrative and service activities while helping maintain accurate records and organized workflows.• Monitor call center performance indicators and use reporting insights to help improve responsiveness and service quality.• Assist with daily call center operations to ensure client inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.• Deliver a high level of customer service by addressing questions, resolving routine issues, and escalating complex matters when needed.• Use AMSI and other internal systems to enter, update, and review information related to accounts and service requests.• Coordinate tasks and timelines through Microsoft Project Server to help keep assignments on schedule and aligned with team priorities.• Experience supporting customer-facing operations in a call center or service-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of call center metrics and the ability to interpret performance data.
• Familiarity with call center operations, including service workflows and issue resolution practices.
• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience using AMSI or similar systems for record management and operational support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Server or comparable project coordination tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
