This is a client-facing, individual contributor role that demands deep functional expertise, polished communication skills, and the ability to lead Oracle SCM workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations — owning your workstream from requirements through go-live with confidence and accountability.
• Drive critical delivery activities including systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing cycles, and client user training.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for client stakeholders — translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle SCM solutions.
• Analyse business needs and design solutions that align Oracle capabilities with client objectives — combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams across global delivery environments.
• Independently manage multiple task assignments, priorities, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams.
• Contribute to EBS-to-Cloud upgrade and transformation engagements, ensuring smooth functional transitions.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations in a functional delivery lead capacity.
2. 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle SCM modules across Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycles — including Inventory, Purchasing, Costing, AP, etc
3. Mandatory prior experience with Oracle EBS SCM and cloud transformation projects.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments simultaneously without close supervision.
5. Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle — systems strategy, business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, CRP sessions, functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills including structured presentation delivery using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
7. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement in ambiguous situations.
8. Relevant Oracle Cloud Certification required — Oracle Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management Cloud. Candidate must hold the certification or obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.
9. Experience leading an entire workstream of relevant Oracle SCM applications end-to-end.
10. Ability to analyse business needs and ensure the Oracle solution meets customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
