LivWell Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a positive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional individualized care while building meaningful relationships within the community.

We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their goals through evidence-based treatment and personalized care.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient settingEducate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and wellness strategiesDocument patient progress accurately and efficiently in EMRCollaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of careProgress treatment plans appropriately based on patient response and goalsMaintain compliance with insurance and documentation standardsContribute to a positive and encouraging clinic cultureQualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent Alabama Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamPassion for serving patients with excellence and compassionNew graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply
