Key Responsibilities: • Resolve Zendesk support tickets efficiently • Partner with product teams to analyze supplier issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects • Identify and act on opportunities for data improvement • Deliver exceptional service to enhance the supplier experience
Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in customer service • Proficiency in Excel is required • Experience with Zendesk or comparable systems • Intermediate project management abilities • Retail experience is advantageous; SQL skills a plus
