Process Auditor (Employees Daily Function Audit)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits across all departments.
  
• Day to Day process audit of individual employees working in multiple departments
  
• Identify risks, inconsistencies gaps, or non-compliance in employee processes and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for internal and external review.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline employee-related workflows.
  
• Ensure feedback is taken and improvements are seen in the performance.
  

Qualification & Skills

• 5+ years in Employee Auditing.
  
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and employee lifecycle management.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, auditing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
