Identify, develop, and implement products, processes, materials, systems, and procedures to achieve business objectives.Lead new Production/Process/Material qualification from inception to commercial manufacturing.Owner of process Data that are critical to attaining Top Tier PerformancesAssure compliance with KC Quality Management System requirements, policies and procedures that meets both local and international standards.Incumbent should have the ability and flexibility to work in a manufacturing environment with a 24/7 operation.Incumbent should be flexible to travel up to 15% as dictated by business needs for meetings, machine install or start-up support, benchmarking, or best practice sharing across Kimberly Clark.Implementation of OHSE (K3L) at K-C Softex. RequirementBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline.3+ years of relevant experience.Experience with design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Demonstrated success in problem-solving.Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.A demonstrated ability to lead self or small teams to achieve intended results.Evidence of continuing self-development.Ability to work within a team-based environment.
