Job Description Job Description Project & Property | Full-Time | In Office Project & Property is seeking a Procurement & Project Development Coordinator to support residential remodeling projects from initial project development through construction completion. This role serves as the bridge between Design, Procurement, Project Management, and Field Operations. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order from complexity, supporting project development, coordinating materials and information, and helping projects stay on track Job Description Position Summary The Procurement & Project Development Coordinator supports project development, procurement, project coordination, and documentation management to help residential remodeling projects move smoothly from design through construction.
This role serves as the bridge between Design, Procurement, Project Management, and Field Operations by organizing information, coordinating materials, supporting project development, maintaining documentation, and improving systems that keep projects on track. Core Responsibilities Project Development Support • Conduct existing condition field measurements • Document project sites through photographs, field notes, and site verification • Research products, materials, finishes, and construction solutions • Gather and organize information required for design development • Support the Design Director and Design Production Team with project documentation and design support activities • Assist with existing condition plans, design documentation, and plan development as training and experience increase Procurement & Project Coordination • Place and track approved orders • Coordinate with client, vendors, and suppliers • Track client selections and approvals • Follow up on outstanding project decisions and procurement items • Coordinate deliveries and material logistics • Maintain visibility of outstanding procurement items Systems & Documentation Management • Maintain Buildertrend records • Organize Dropbox project files • Maintain specifications and project documentation • Prepare jobsite specification books • Support SOP development and process improvement initiatives A Plus If you Have • Interior Design • Architectural Drafting • Construction Technology • Residential Remodeling • Project Coordination • AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software (preferred but not required Growth Opportunity This role is designed to grow into a future leadership position within Project Development, Procurement, and Operations
