Teams gain end-to-end visibility from estimate to reporting, enabling faster ROI and scalable growth.Role Description As a Product Designer at Mediaware aD, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, efficient workflows for agency users across advertising, media, and finance. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces that support estimation, billing, and campaign management.
Your day-to-day work will include conducting user research, synthesizing insights, creating prototypes, iterating on designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistent visual and interaction patterns across the product. You will contribute to design systems, document design decisions, and participate in usability testing to continuously improve the product experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.Qualifications Demonstrated Product Design experience, with the ability to take features from concept to polished, production-ready interfaces.Strong Visual Design skills, including layout, typography, color, and component-level UI design for web applications.Proficiency in Design Thinking, with experience framing problems, defining user needs, and ideating solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Hands-on User Research and UX Research skills, including planning studies, interviewing users, analyzing findings, and translating insights into design decisions.Experience designing SaaS or enterprise tools; familiarity with workflows in advertising, media, or finance domains is an advantage.Comfort using modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and working within or contributing to a design system.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and engage
