Product Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design skincare product concepts, packaging, and related visual assets that align with brand guidelines and user needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting user and market research, developing design concepts, creating prototypes, and refining designs based on feedback from management.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Design skills & Proficiency in Visual Design, including layout, color, typography, and packaging design for consumer products.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG product design is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with User Research and UX Research to gather insights, test concepts, and inform design decisions.
• Competence with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with multi teams
