Drive technical direction- influence architecture, tooling, and long-term strategy

Handle the critical moments- confidently manage incidents and high-pressure challenges
What you'll bringStrong experience deliveringcomplex software systems at scale
Expertise inJavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Solid understanding ofarchitecture, APIs, and database design
Experience withDevOps, CI/CD, testing, and modern engineering practices
A passion formentoring and developing others
The ability to balancefast delivery with long-term quality and scalability
