At our site in Böblingen you will find both as Product Engineer (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities
As a Product Engineer in the SoC Test Supply Chain Division team, you will aim:
to drive Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing
environment, to drive manufacturing processes' optimization, cost reduction and quality improvement
initiatives, to take supply chain metrics towards defined goals working closely with our contract
manufacturers, internal teams in Development, Supply Chain and Product Marketing in a very
international environment, to manage quality, product changes and technical supply chain processes of products to
constantly fulfill customer and business requirements, to provide special technical advice to peers and management,
to actively drive supply chain requirements into hardware and test software design to achieve
efficient and predictable manufacturability by utilizing the capabilities of our partners, to bring new instruments of the V93000 IC tester into production on time,
to do all the above without close and constant supervision, neither from peers nor from
managers. Your Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's or PhD degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field.
Ideally a basic knowledge of mechanics or mechanical engineering.
A basic knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes of high-level electronic assemblies
