A leading global investment firm is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and modernization of technology platforms supporting Legal and other control functions across the organization.
What You'll DoDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise platformsPartner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable technology solutionsDrive workflow automation, process optimization, and platform modernization initiativesLead requirements gathering, prioritization, and product executionEvaluate and implement document management, knowledge management, and AI-enabled solutions
What We're Looking For8+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Strategy experienceProven experience owning enterprise technology products end-to-endExperience building workflow-driven platforms in highly regulated environmentsExperience partnering closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Compliance, Risk, Governance, or other control functionsStrong understanding of workflow automation, process transformation, document management, knowledge management, or enterprise workflow platformsFinancial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, or Fund Services experience strongly preferredExcellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
This role is particularly relevant for product leaders who have built enterprise platforms supporting Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk, or operational control functions.
