Product Manager

Looking for a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of a core digital web portal, covering everything from strategy through to delivery and optimisation.

You’ll sit right at the crossroads of business strategy, UX and customer operations, driving UX.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shaping and executing the product strategy, keeping it aligned to business goals and refining the roadmap based on user needs and market trends
• Leading cross functional agile teams (Tech, UX/UI, Operations) to get features and enhancements shipped
• Owning the product backlog, breaking down big requirements into clear Epics and User Stories
• Defining KPIs and using user data and feedback to spot friction and improve the experience
• Acting as the go between for technical teams and the wider business, working with Compliance and Risk to keep things on the right side of regulatory standards

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years in Digital Product Management, ideally with front end web products
• Solid experience running workshops, managing backlogs and leading agile ceremonies
• A strong UX and front end mindset, this is customer centric, not overly technical
• Experience in a regulated or customer service heavy sector is a bonus
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable driving things forward yourself
