Product Manager (Remote)

Join Lakeside Pediatrics as a pivotal member of our team. In this remote position, you will lead the development and management of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including feedback gathering and iteration.

Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data analysis. Requirements Experience in product management or a related field. Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to have Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with data analysis tools. Previous experience in the insurance industry.
