Product Trainer- Insurance We are currently recruiting for a Product Trainer with Insurance backgorund to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract. Inside IR35 Hybrid- adhoc to London and Ipswich Responsibilities Develop high-quality, role-specific training materials from product briefs, including facilitator guides, learner workbooks, quick reference materials, e-learning scripts, and knowledge base content Contribute to and maintain the in-product AI assistant knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate and up to date Scope and plan content build activity in collaboration with the Training Manager, aligning to delivery timelines Create comprehensive Train-the-Trainer packs to enable regional trainers to deliver consistently and independently Deliver engaging training sessions to large cohorts (approx. 50 learners) across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats Host regular drop-in sessions to support colleagues during key product launch periods Deliver product demonstrations ahead of go-live and lead champion certification sessions Coach and support Business Champions to enable effective peer-to-peer learning and adoption Facilitate Train-the-Trainer workshops, covering product knowledge, delivery approach, and common challenges Provide ongoing coaching and support to regional trainers, ensuring quality and consistency during rollout Keep regional trainers updated on product changes to ensure training materials remain current Provide post-go-live support and reinforcement, working alongside digital/AI support tools Capture and escalate feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery Track engagement metrics such as attendance, completion, and early adoption indicators
