About the Role

Tag is seeking Production Artist/Designer Mechanical who takes conceptual graphic designs to final print or digital manufacturing. They focus on technical precision—ensuring files have correct dimensions, colors, and layout specs.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and adapt retail marketing assets across a wide range of formats including in-store signage, window graphics, fixture graphics, floor decals, promotional displays, and other printed marketing materials.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready mechanical artwork using approved creative assets, ensuring all files meet print specifications, vendor requirements, and brand standards.
• Execute artwork updates including copy changes, resizing, localization, versioning, and campaign rollouts while maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
• Build and package final artwork files for print production, following established workflows, quality control processes, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Creative Operations, Production, Account teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Review artwork for quality, accuracy, legal copy, image resolution, color, and production readiness prior to release.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established file naming conventions, asset management standards, and documentation procedures.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment while consistently meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Contribute ideas to improve production workflows, increase efficiency, and maintain a high standard of creative execution across the team.

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with print production design
• Experience with Prepress Setup: Set bleeds, trim marks, safety margins, and high-resolution links.
• Experience converting and verifying color profiles (CMYK for print, RGB/Hex for digital).
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Deep understanding of printing processes, paper weights, and digital display formats.
• Attention to Detail : Meticulous focus to avoid errors.
• Professional level English Proficiency
