Production Cutlist Executive- Modular Furniture

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Cutlist Executive to join our modular furniture manufacturing team in Hyderabad.

This role involves converting approved design drawings into production-ready cutlists, BOMs, and CNC-ready manufacturing data for wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, vanities, and custom furniture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cutlists and BOMs from approved design drawings.
• Generate panel dimensions, edge banding details, and hardware requirements.
• Coordinate with designers, factory supervisors, and CNC operators.
• Optimize material utilization and reduce wastage.
• Ensure production drawings are accurate and manufacturing-ready.
• Support nesting and CNC programming workflows.
• Resolve production-related technical issues during manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Ability to read AutoCAD or SketchUp drawings.
• Good understanding of modular furniture construction.
• Knowledge of materials such as plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, and edge banding.
• Familiarity with hinges, channels, and furniture hardware.
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with softwares like SmartWOP, Spazio, Infurnia, IMOS, Cabinet Vision, or similar furniture software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in modular furniture manufacturing is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience as CNC operators, draftsmen, or production coordinators are encouraged to apply.
