Production Manager

POSITION INTRODUCTORY: Influences the improvement of the Company's performance by contributing to guaranteeing the required level of production, costs and product quality by creating, developing and maintaining production processes at Primary & Secondary production. Responsible for the high level of human resources management by implementing the development of subordinate employees. Contributes to the proper management of all aspects of the Company's activities related to energy management, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, fire safety and property security. Initiates and implements projects related to continuous improvement of the organization and processes. RESPONSIBLITIES:Ensuring a high level of occupational safety and quality management and full implementation of production tasks and technologiesManaging, developing and motivating a teamResponsibility for achieving and reporting on assigned KPIsPrepare budget for area and supervise its executionSupervise production effectiveness and efficiency to ensure timely execution of plansOptimization of production processes and effective cost managementManage department based on production schedule and adjust necessary resources if neededActively participate in the development of technical and organizational development plans for the plantLead and participate in all types of investment and development projectsCooperation with Quality Control & Assurance department in the scope of laboratory testsReviewed all daily operation working file into Click-up system for those related for all production report update. REQUIREMENTS:

Higher technical education (preferably mechanical, production management or related) - prerequisiteMinimum 5 years in production management in FMCG industry (experience in tobacco industry would be an advantage)Developed leadership and communication skills as well as analytical and organizational skillsGoal-oriented and cooperative attitudeVery good knowledge of EnglishExperience in optimizing production processes using quality and lean tools (5s, kaizen, problem solving, TPM)Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), POWER BI, NAV system & Click-up system.
