Yali Aerospace is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for next-generation UAV and aerospace systems.We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and oversee daily production operationsCoordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targetsEnsure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standardsOptimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalabilityWork closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth executionManage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordinationMonitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvementsLead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teamsSupport prototype builds, testing, and transition to production

RequirementsExperience in production/manufacturing operationsStrong understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing workflowsAbility to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional operationsExperience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, robotics, or UAV manufacturing preferredKnowledge of quality systems, process optimization, and production planningStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsImmediate joiners preferred
