OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in urban sector projects and government engagements. The role involves leading project delivery, driving strategic initiatives, and managing Program Management Units (PMUs) for large-scale urban development programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage urban sector projects for Central Government, State Government, and PSUsDrive development of strategy documents, vision plans, and policy frameworks for urban initiativesOversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are metManage and guide teams as a team lead across projects and assignmentsLead and coordinate Program Management Units (PMUs) for project implementationEngage with senior stakeholders for decision-making, reporting, and governanceEnsure effective planning, monitoring, and evaluation of project outcomesPrepare high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic documents
Required QualificationsMBA / PGDM / M.Plan / M.Tech or equivalent Master's degree
Experience & ExpertiseExperience leading projects in urban sector for Government/PSU clientsProven experience in project leadership and team managementStrong exposure to strategy/vision development for urban initiativesExperience working as a team lead in urban sector assignmentsExposure to Program Management Units (PMUs) and large-scale program execution
Key SkillsStrong project management and leadership skillsStrategic thinking and urban sector expertiseStakeholder management and communicationProgram monitoring, evaluation, and reportingAbility to manage multi-stakeholder environments and large teams
