Service Scheduling & Dispatch

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and online service requests.
• Schedule service appointments based on technician availability, location, skill set, and urgency.
• Dispatch technicians to service calls and adjust schedules throughout the day as priorities change.
• Coordinate emergency and after-hours service requests.
• Confirm appointments with customers and provide arrival windows.
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, or cancellations to customers and field staff.
• Monitor technician progress and update customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records
• Ensure technicians have the necessary job information.

Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding appointments, services, and billing.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionally.
• Follow up after completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Payroll Administration

• Collect and review employee timesheets and technician hours.
• Verify regular, overtime, holiday, and on-call hours.
• Ensure time entries are accurate and comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Process payroll on a weekly, biweekly, or semimonthly schedule.
• Maintain employee payroll records and update changes in pay rates, deductions, or direct deposit information.
• Coordinate payroll with the accounting department or payroll provider.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll questions.
• Prepare payroll reports for management.
