Production Supervisor

Lead a team that keeps the legal process moving!

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and performance for our internal and offshore production teams. In this role, you'll manage workflows, ensure service levels are met, and coach team members for success.

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Schedule: Monday - Friday; standard business hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and distribute daily work to team members based on production needs and priorities.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees, as well as upskilling current team members.
• Collaborate with our offshore Etech partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain office and production inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• Perform hands-on production tasks as needed to support the team and meet targets.
• Troubleshoot complex jobs for a solution and escalate to management as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
