Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an SA8000 Program Manager located in Tiruppur. The SA8000 Program Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SA8000 Social Accountability management system.
The responsibilities include coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with SA8000 requirements, developing corrective action plans, and collaborating closely with accreditation body. The Program Manager will also conduct training sessions, monitor, and provide reports and analysis on compliance performance. Qualifications Knowledge and expertise in SA8000 standards, compliance management, and social accountability practicesSA8000 Lead Auditor statusProficiency in audit coordination, corrective action managementStrong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and team management skillsAbility to develop training programs and deliver sessions on social compliance topicsAnalytical skills to prepare reports and implement performance improvementsPrevious on-site experience in compliance or social accountability is an advantageEducation background in Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related field preferredProficiency in local regulations and related industry standards is an asset
