Job Title: Salesforce Program Manager – Life Sciences & MedTech Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Program Manager with strong domain expertise in Life Sciences and MedTech to lead large-scale Salesforce engagements and transformation programs. The ideal candidate should bring a blend of program management, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on Salesforce technical understanding to drive successful delivery across business and technology teams. The role will closely collaborate with global and India-based stakeholders, including leadership teams across delivery and business functions.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs for Life Sciences and MedTech clients Drive program planning, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication Partner with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions Translate business requirements into solution roadmaps and implementation strategies Manage cross-functional teams including admins, developers, architects, QA, and external partners Provide technical oversight across Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and data migration Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements Support executive reporting, steering committees, and client governance forums Mentor delivery teams and drive best practices across Salesforce implementations Required Experience & Skills 9–12 years of overall experience with significant experience managing Salesforce programs Strong experience working with Life Sciences and/or MedTech clients Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture Experience managing complex enterprise Salesforce implementations and transformations Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders effectively Strong program management, communication, and leadership skills Experience in Agile delivery models and distributed team management Exposure to integrations, data migration, security, and enterprise systems landscape is preferred Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications are a plus Experience working in global delivery environments Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred
