Programme Manager
\nHybrid (2/3 days per week in the office) | Hertfordshire
\n£80,000 - £100,000 + 10% Bonus + £480 monthly car allowance
\nI'm working with a leading global technology organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Programme Manager to oversee a complex portfolio of infrastructure and technology transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business units. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with significant investment in technology, delivering large-scale programmes that directly support strategic business objectives.
\nThe Role
\nYou'll be responsible for leading multiple concurrent programmes and projects across a broad technology landscape, working with senior stakeholders internationally and driving successful delivery through virtual and multi-disciplinary teams. The role will focus on infrastructure modernisation, network refreshes, cloud initiatives, workplace technology and data centre programmes.
\nWhat We're Looking For

- Infrastructure programme delivery experience \n
- Exposure to networks, cloud and data centre environments \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership \n
- Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes without direct line management responsibility \n
- Self-starter who can independently manage complex, global portfolios \n
- Experience delivering multi-workstream technology transformation programmes \n
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and leadership skills \n
