Project Administration and Document Control

We are currently seeking experienced Project Administrators and Document Controllers to support a range of Tier 1 construction and infrastructure projects across Western Sydney.

With multiple projects underway and upcoming, we are looking for professionals available for immediate starts across both short and long-term contract opportunities. These positions will support major civil, infrastructure, transport, and commercial construction projects within fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing project administration support across live construction and infrastructure projects
• Managing and maintaining project documentation and document control systems
• Processing purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation
• Coordinating project correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
• Assisting with onboarding, inductions, and compliance documentation for project personnel and subcontractors
• Maintaining accurate records, registers, and tracking systems
• Supporting quality assurance documentation, handover packs, and project reporting
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams
• Assisting with scheduling, site coordination, and general project support duties
• Ensuring documentation is compliant, up to date, and distributed accordingly

About You

• Previous experience in Project Administration and/or Document Control within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or civil projects
• Experience working on Tier 1 or large-scale projects highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of document management processes and systems
• Experience using platforms such as TeamBinder, Aconex, Procore, or similar highly advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work within fast-paced project environments and support multiple stakeholders
• Available to commence immediately or at short notice
