ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the team as a mid-level Project Manager or an SPM delivering significant new-build hospital and healthcare developments valued at over $300m. Support senior leaders in driving projects from early design and DA through construction to completion. Develop your skills and progress your career in the high-growth healthcare sector.

DUTIES

• Support Project Directors and wider project team on major hospital and healthcare projects
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, design processes, and contractor engagement
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a Property-related discipline
• Previous experience on large-scale healthcare, hospital, or complex new-build projects (highly regarded)
• Solid local project management experience from design through delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in design management and contract administration beneficial
