About the Role

Required Qualifications & Core Competencies

Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (India).Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's preferred.10+ years of experience in technical delivery of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.Strong leadership in project management, client coordination, and team supervision.Comprehensive knowledge of all project phases-from concept to completion.Familiarity with India's building codes, standards, and structural systems.Skilled in developing precise technical documentation and construction detailing.Proven ability to manage consultant teams and resolve design/technical challenges.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.High design proficiency with a strong grasp of regulatory compliance.Knowledge of sustainable design principles; ability to lead sustainability discussions.Preferably accredited in LEED, WELL, Fitwel, LFA, or similar systems.Portfolio should include at least one certified sustainable project (e.g., LEED, WELL, Net Zero).Proficient in design and documentation tools: Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
