We are currently seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. Act as a direct support to Project Managers in coordination of multiple projects and service requests, including executing project plans and coordinating site activities Track and document correspondence, change and purchase orders Participate in the tracking of project milestones and maintenance of project schedule Prepare for project close out by collecting warranties, manuals and other documents Issue purchase orders for materials used on construction sites Coordinate and liaison with trades, sub-contractors, suppliers, clients and consultants Perform general administrative and recordkeeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation; preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes; maintenance of files, logs, drawings, specifications, submittals and RFIs Maintain project/service request database and prepare reports Perform other related duties as assigned Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Prepare proposal for various project prequalification for upcoming projects. Skills / Abilities Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple details, prioritize and handle high volume of time critical commitments, simultaneously Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently of direct supervision in a team environment across multiple organization levels Self-motivator and responsible attitude Hands on experience on HVAC, Plumbing and controls works are preferred.
