THE OPPORTUNITY We are partnering with one of Canada’s leading Employee-Owned Tier 1 Contractors to appoint a Project Director – Major Healthcare Projects.

This is a strategic executive leadership position responsible for overseeing the planning, governance and successful delivery of major healthcare infrastructure projects across Ontario. These are not standard projects. These are complex, high-profile hospital developments delivered through sophisticated procurement and delivery models involving multiple stakeholders, public-sector partners and significant investment.

You will operate at the intersection of construction leadership, commercial strategy and project governance. WHAT YOU’LL BE LEADING Major New Build Hospitals ️ Institutional Healthcare Infrastructure Multi-Billion-Dollar Programmes P3, Alliance & Design-Build Delivery Models This is a role for leaders who know how to navigate complexity and drive results.
