Project Engineer (Aviation)

Indonesia Defence Services Group is inviting driven and high-potential young engineers to join us as Project Engineer in our Aviation sector. This program offers hands-on exposure to engineering project execution, production coordination, and operational management, with structured rotations across core operational functions. Successful candidates will be placed in business units aligned with their technical expertise. What You’ll Experience:Involvement in engineering and production-related projects from requirement definition through execution and deliveryExposure to project planning, coordination, scheduling, and progress monitoringCollaboration with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional internal teamsPreparation of technical documentation, cost estimation, and operational reportsHands-on participation in installation, commissioning, testing, and site activitiesDay-to-day operational support across various production and engineering functions Who We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.Minimum of 1-2 years of experiences in Aerospace Industry is preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbalGood analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in operational, site-based, and project-driven environmentsWilling to work onsite in South Tangerang
