Project Engineer Internship

Indonesia Defence Services Group is looking for motivated and curious engineering students or fresh graduates to join us as Project Engineer Interns in our Aviation, Maritime & Electrical sector. This internship program is designed to provide real-world exposure to engineering projects, production processes, and operational activities within a dynamic industry.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced engineers, and get a closer look at how engineering projects are executed from start to finish.

What You’ll Learn & Experience:Support engineering and production-related projects from initial planning to executionAssist in project planning, scheduling, coordination, and progress trackingCollaborate with internal teams, and other stakeholdersHelp prepare technical documents, and project reportsParticipate in installation, testing, commissioning, and site-related activitiesProvide day-to-day support to engineering and production teams

Who We’re Looking For:

Final-year student or recent graduate in Aerospace, Naval Architecture/Maritime, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldGraduates from overseas universities are preferredSolid understanding of engineering fundamentals and principlesStrong attention to detail with good analytical thinking skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentProactive, eager to learn, and motivated to solve complex problems
