Project Manager
Estimated project timeline: 4-5 months.
Responsibilities
- Project Governance
- Roadmap Management: Oversee the implementation roadmap for the technology platform and operations.
- Committee Organization: Organize status and tracking committees (weekly, steering, executive reviews).
- Master Schedule Consolidation: Consolidate the project’s master schedule.
- Milestone Tracking: Monitor critical milestones and deadlines.
- Focal Point for Partnerships
- Operational Coordination: Serve as the primary point of operational contact with 123Seguro’s partner teams.
- Meeting Management: Prepare and lead project meetings.
- Minutes & Follow-up: Document, distribute, and follow up on meeting minutes.
- Daily Execution & SLAs: Oversight of daily joint execution and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Interdepartmental Orchestration: Orchestrate activities and deliverables across departments: Business, Digital Product and Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Finance.
- Requirement Consolidation: Consolidate new requirements for the digital platform, ensuring return on investment (ROI).
- Insurance Company Coordination: Coordinate with insurance companies for technical and operational integrations with 123Seguro.
- Timeline Consolidation: Align schedules with insurance providers to monitor core processes and SLAs: Issuance, cancellation, and claims.
- Schedule and Risk Management
- Macro Backlog Tracking: Monitor the project’s macro backlog to guarantee tech integrations (API and UX Journey) and operational processes (defined products, inspection, issuance, payments, after-sales, etc.).
- Risk Identification: Responsible for identifying technical risks, team dependencies, regulatory gaps, integration delays, and schedule bottlenecks.
- Risk Management & Escalation: Manager risks and handle executive escalation when necessary.
- Operational Readiness for Go‑Live
- Launch Preparation: Manage product launch readiness: UAT/Testing, go‑live checklists, and alignment of all involved areas.
- Post-Go‑Live Monitoring: Oversee post‑launch monitoring, incident management, and contingency planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering,InformationSystems,orrelatedfields.
- Solidexperienceinmanagingandimplementingdigitalprojects.
- Strongorganizationalskillsandexecutiondiscipline.
- Senior-levelabilitytonavigatebetweenbusiness,tech,andoperations.
- NativePortugueseandfluentEnglish.Spanishisaplus.
- Stakeholder Management: Experienced in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
