Project Manager Years of exp : 8+years Key Requirements: • Sound proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D is mandatory. Manage Site Operations : Oversee the delivery, positioning, and installation of Commercial / heavy-duty kitchen equipment. Plan Project Timelines : Define project scope, create schedules, and track daily progress.
Coordinate Teams : Act as the main link between clients, architects, and installation crews. • Prior experience in the commercial kitchen equipment sector is a significant advantage. A Project Manager in Commercial Kitchen Equipment oversees the planning, design, and installation of restaurant/hospitality kitchen systems, typically requiring 3–5+ years of experience. Key responsibilities include managing site execution, coordinating MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) requirements, ensuring on-time delivery of stainless steel equipment, and supervising installation teams.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules, manage site execution, and coordinate with contractors, installers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of equipment. Technical Oversight: Review, prepare, or oversee CAD drawings for stainless steel fabrication (counters, hoods, sinks) and ensure compliance with design specifications. Site Management: Monitor site installation, including storage, handling, and installation of heavy-duty equipment.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project delivery meets both technical requirements and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Relevant Experience: 3–5 years in commercial kitchen design, project management, or site execution. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for design review and knowledge of kitchen systems (HVAC, MEP, fabrication).
Communication: Strong ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and update stakeholders. Key Roles in the Industry Project Manager - Kitchens/Wardrobes: Handles end-to-end installation and client management. Site & Technical Supervisor: Focuses on on-site coordination and installation.
