Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager with strong execution discipline and cross-functional coordination capability to manage technology and business projects from initiation through delivery. The role will operate within the PMO framework and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with full visibility to leadership through structured reporting and governance practices. The candidate should be comfortable working in a high-accountability environment involving engineering, product, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and execution plans in collaboration with business and technology teams. Develop detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. Drive project execution while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage inter-team dependencies and ensure timely resolution of execution bottlenecks. Project Governance and Reporting Maintain structured project documentation including: o Project plans o RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) o Action trackers o Status reports Provide weekly project updates to the senior leadership highlighting: o milestone progress o risks and blockers o corrective actions Risk and Issue Management Identify project risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
Escalate critical risks or delays through the PMO governance structure. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams and business stakeholders. Ensure stakeholders remain informed on project progress and delivery risks.
Delivery Discipline Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved. Drive accountability across teams for assigned deliverables. Required Skills and Competencies Project Management Capability Strong understanding of project lifecycle management Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders Execution and Coordination Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams Strong follow-through and task ownership discipline Communication and Reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present concise executive-level project updates Risk and Issue Handling Ability to identify delivery risks early and drive resolution.
Tools and Systems Experience with at least some of the following: Jira / Confluence Microsoft Project or Smartsheet Excel-based project tracking Agile or hybrid project management environments Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience Requirements 5–6 years of project management or project coordination experience Experience managing technology or digital transformation projects Exposure to structured PMO environments or governance frameworks Key Success Indicators for This Role A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to: Deliver projects on schedule with clear progress visibility Maintain structured governance and reporting discipline Coordinate effectively across engineering, business, and compliance teams Proactively identify and resolve execution risks
