Project Manager

Builtech is currently seeking a Project Manager ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15-25M+ annually.
• Own the project financials and job profitability.
• Orchestrator of the project team – client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc.
• Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Represent Builtech as the client’s primary contact.
• Daily communication with your project teammates.
• Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience
• Embrace and fully protect our Core Values – Trust, Integrity, Humility, Respect, Passion and Courage
• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and preferably Procore
• Leadership skills including self-awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization
• Willingness to travel to projects both locally and nationally
