About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the execution of luxury home interior projects from planning through successful handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, quality standards, resources, vendors, and site teams while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end execution of luxury home interior projects.
● Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
● Coordinate with interior designers, site supervisors, procurement teams, vendors, and clients.
● Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
● Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and design specifications are met.
● Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
● Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications before execution.
● Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability.
● Manage vendor and contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
● Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
● Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
● Oversee project documentation, billing coordination, snag resolution, and final handover.

Qualification

● Proven experience managing luxury home interior projects from initiation to handover.
● Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
