You will be involved in engaging with internal teams and external consultants to push projects from concept to realization while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Your experience with municipal processes will be instrumental in obtaining the required approvals for successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate the progression of development through planning phases • Coordinate with architects and planners for project execution • Prepare and manage comprehensive development schedules • Review project documents for alignment with goals • Engage with municipalities and regulatory agencies as needed Requirements: • Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field • 5–7 years of project management experience • Familiarity with Ontario’s planning processes essential • Strong organizational and leadership abilities • Proven skills in problem-solving and detail orientation Leverage your planning expertise with Sienna to impact communities positively through real estate development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
