Job Title: Project Analyst Location: Calgary Employment Type: Full-Time / C2C Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst with strong PMO, Risk Management, and Project Reporting expertise within the Aerospace domain. The ideal candidate will support project planning, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation activities in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities: Support PMO operations, project planning, scheduling, and execution Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Assist with financial forecasting and cost tracking Support risk assessment and mitigation planning Ensure project quality standards and compliance requirements are met Required Skills: PMO / Project Coordination Risk Management Project Reporting MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace industry experience (Mandatory) PMP certification preferred Experience with aerospace certification programs is an asset Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations is beneficial
