Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum

IWS M&E mitigates and manages risk from mechanical and electrical failures for a wide range of customers in the public and private sectors throughout the UK.
An established Principle Contractor and Designer within the MEICA Process sector, IWS M&E's specialisms include pump diagnostics and refurbishment, turn-key project management, chemical dosing and control, and plant and infrastructure maintenance with emergency response.
The Project Manager role is a new position to support IWS M&E with the continued growth in the Essex & Suffolk region for key framework clients, delivering non-infra capital works to our clients, in the water sector. The role will report directly to the IWS Regional Delivery Manager in the region and be based out of Head Office at Green Lane, Walsall
The Role:
- Providing Project Management to number of projects in the region based on NEC3 / 4 contracts
- Work closely with the IWS M&E Commercial team to provide timely updates for; Forecasting, Early Warnings, Change Control and Compensation Events
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, internal governance, processes, and commitment to our 'Staying safe together' Health & Safety values
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineering, design and operational support to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new projects.
- Project programme management, updating and ensuring monthly programme submissions for projects
- Attending and supporting client meetings
- Providing a monthly Project summary dashboard
- Building rapport with the client capital and operational teams
What you'll need:
- Able to thrive in an ever-changing environment
- Minimum two year experience in the water sector
- Track record of delivering projects
- Have budget and financial management experience
- Working knowledge of CDM Regulations & duties, and NEC Contracts
- Strong Problem-solving skills with an enthusiastic commitment to deliver excellent customer service
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
