Job Description Safety Leadership & Culture: Serve as the primary project lead in establishing and sustaining a proactive safety culture, ensuring that "safety-first" protocols are integrated into every phase of operations. Strategic Procurement: Direct the development and comprehensive review of bid packages to secure highly competitive subcontract proposals and optimize project value.
Operational Synchronization: Preside over subcontractor site meetings, ensuring total alignment on project milestones, quality standards, and overarching goals. Fiscal Documentation & Cash Flow: Oversee the meticulous review of monthly invoices and supporting documentation to ensure accurate funding cycles and seamless project liquidity. Comprehensive Cost Management: Lead all cost-reporting initiatives, including the strategic management of contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to safeguard project margins.
Financial Health & Forecasting: Take full accountability for the project's financial trajectory, providing accurate budget forecasts and ensuring long-term fiscal stability. Contractual Representation: Act as the firm's lead negotiator during subcontracting discussions, ensuring favorable terms that protect both project integrity and company interests. The Successful Applicant Proven Industry Tenure: A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience in Construction Project Management , with a verifiable track record of delivering successful project outcomes. Technical & Technological Proficiency: A sophisticated understanding of modern construction technology and intricate building details to drive innovation and efficiency on-site.
Mastery of Project Documentation: Exceptional proficiency in interpreting and analyzing the full spectrum of construction documents, including complex architectural drawings and engineering specifications. Versatile Communication: High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence a diverse group of stakeholders, including executive management, architects, consultants, and clients. Multidisciplinary Trade Knowledge: A robust working knowledge of the core skilled trades-ranging from site excavation and structural concrete to complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and fire protection systems.
Strategic Coordination: The ability to leverage trade-specific expertise to oversee subcontractors effectively and ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
