Project ManagerWolverhampton50,000 - 55,000Permanent, Full TimeAre you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a varied role where you'll take ownership of projects from initial survey through to completion?You'll be managing a busy portfolio of live projects, coordinating Surveyors, Site Foremen, trades and subcontractors while keeping a close eye on timescales, costs, quality and customer expectations.No two days will be quite the same, you could be resolving an issue on site, reviewing costs and variations, coordinating materials or making sure the next phase of a project is ready to go.If you enjoy being hands-on, solving problems and keeping multiple projects on track, this could be a great next move.What you'll be doingManaging a busy portfolio of construction projects from initial survey through to successful completionPlanning and coordinating Surveyors, trades, subcontractors, labour, materials and project schedulesMonitoring progress across multiple live jobs, carrying out site audits and stepping in to resolve problems or snaggingReviewing scopes of work, managing variations and keeping a close eye on project costs, WIP and profitabilityEnsuring health & safety, CDM, risk assessments, quality and wider compliance requirements are consistently metMaintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams, resolving queries or complaints and keeping project records accurateWhat we're looking forProven Project Management experience within construction, construction industry experience is essentialExperience coordinating multiple projects, trades and contractors simultaneouslyStrong commercial awareness with an understanding of costs, variations and project profitabilityGood working knowledge of health & safety, CDM and construction complianceConfident IT skills with the ability to manage project information and keep accurate recordsA strong communicator and people manager who can solve problems, manage customers and keep projects movingThis is a varied role combining project management, commercial responsibility, people management and site involvement, so you'll need to be comfortable managing a busy workload and taking ownership when challenges arise.If you're an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a role where you can genuinely take ownership of projects from start to finish, apply today, I'd love to hear from you.
