Were looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Project Manager to lead the charge on campaigns that span creative, digital, media, and experiential. Youll be the nerve center of the operation planning, tracking, coordinating, and keeping projects on time, on brief, and on budget.

What Youll DoLead end-to-end project management across a range of clients and campaign typesDefine scopes, build timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress dailyManage budgets in collaboration with accounts, vendors, and internal teams ensuring every dollar is tracked, justified, and optimizedCreate and maintain detailed project documentation (budgets, schedules, task boards)Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, brand standards, and client expectationsTrack feedback, approvals, and revisions across departmentsCommunicate clearly with creatives, strategists, media buyers, production vendors, and clientsAnticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve issues to keep momentumContribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and clarity across the agency

What You Bring24 years experience in a project management role, ideally within a marketing or creative agencyDemonstrated experience managing campaign budgets, vendor quotes, and reconciliationsMastery of tools like ClickUp, Notion, Google Suite and you're not afraid to customize themFluent in English and Spanish, written and verbalCalm under pressure with a solutions-first mindsetMeticulous attention to detail and timeline disciplineStrong interpersonal skills youre the teams go-to for clarity and accountabilityComfort working across multiple projects and clients simultaneously

Bonus PointsFamiliarity with production workflows (photo/video shoots, print, OOH)Experience managing public sector/government projectsUnderstanding of media flowcharts, campaign pacing, and vendor coordinationProject Management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.)
